Final re-submission docs went up on AIC on Feb. 15.

No substantial changes to the design, as best I can tell.

Also, semi-interesting detail in the crash wall protection report; could this conclusion have implications for future developments along the Dupont corridor?

Interestingly, the City has put up a set of traffic signals directly in front of this site; they've got the black coverings over them still, but two things strike me: first, the lights are very close (by Transportation department standards) to the signalized intersection at Dupont and Bathurst; and, second, the timing strikes me as odd -- I can't think why there'd be a push to signalize here independent of the influx of residents once the condo is done (especially given Transportation's reticence to deviate from their spacing standards) but that's of course many years down the road (pardon the pun) at this point.

Heard through the grapevine that this redevelopment site is still on the market. The current owner is looking in the ballpark figure range of around $27 million for the entire property.

Structurally it's not too different from what was already shown, but this rendering really shows how it's lazy bottom of the barrel window wall.

This makes me extremely sad. I was hoping for some patio space or a better retail design that would be more welcoming or promote more foot traffic on Dupont.

I'm concerned that this will make an already car centric part of the city even more car centric.

People living on the south side of Dupont are going to be greeted with monolithic walls of boring condos every time they step out. Doesn't help that the design is extremely cookie cutter either.

Yikes.
