More up on my site

I am wrong as to where the ramp is to be and it will be off the service road from Kariya as well the drive way off Elm between T2 and T3
No idea why there will be about 20 foot cleaned between P2 and the surface for the west side that I originally thought was the ramp been built. Most or all of P2 will be pour by the end of the month leaving a small area for P1 to be pour in July

I have yet to see that jib crane in action and it still point east.

The sections that made up the daycare centre is being prepared to be remove from site.

More forming in place for the south end for P2, but not fully in place for all of it.

@Tim MacDonald posted a photo yesterday in another thread of the site and it got me walking to it today to check things out for the site.

We have all miss the date when the tower was fully at grade by month as it still not at grade for the east side, but the west side is at grade by a few feet below the current surface area.

.No idea what is going on for the parking levels and taking a guess that the driveway to the building will be off Hurontario than the share driveway with T2.

There are photos up on my site as far back as Sept 8 due to the huge backlog still in front of me, but a few shots from today not tough yet

3.3.1 Vehicular Access

Vehicular access to Building C is integrated within the development site through connectivity with the site’s shared driveway network. With three access points provided off of Elm Drive, and one off of Kariya Drive, the building’s frontage along Hurontario Street is preserved for pedestrian and active transportation uses, as well as direct access to existing and planned transit services. This orientation provides for a continuous streetscape along Hurontario Street and minimizes the interaction between pedestrians and vehicles. The site’s internal driveways are designed to be landscaped and visually pleasing for residents.

The Oro at the Edge is now just edge tower and market as luxury tower. At the current rate, this 3rd tower should be fully at grade level by year end and well pasted when it should have been at grade. Access for cars will be right in and out onto Hurontario as there no provision to do it on the westside. Lost as why there is a huge gap between where a road will go between this tower as well T2 along with the slab is about a meter below ground level.

Haven't had time to post photos, but a batch up on my site for October with more to come for October and November.

The portables' that housed the daycare have been removed from site, with the site area becoming a park sometime around 2027, as the rest of the area is being used a storage area for construction of the final tower.
