They are reporting 1’270 existing and 1’254 additional parking spaces to be created (2’524 total). If they’re predicting a transportation mode share of 10% auto and 14’000 peak weekend daily guests (keep in mind not all simultaneous) then they need to reduce their proposed parking even further because these numbers seriously don’t add up.
Also these pods are looking rough. Rendering in grayscale doesn’t help but I don’t think any colour would make it much better.
Also have they proposed a construction timeline? Let’s say by some miracle (or nightmare) they break ground in 2025, when would we see this thing opening?
