Crappy spandrel glass and aluminum composite panels that are already misshapen and oil-canning. What an absolute travesty that this is allowed to rise on the same site as a building like the Imperial.

I think it's going to look better than alot of other spandrel coated condos. This looks almost thought out. At least so far...

Oil canning you say? Quite fitting for a building on the same site as the Imperial then! Love that the developer is taking the heritage of the site to heart.

I don't get it. Is this some poor attempt to mimic the form of the office building? The window spacing is similar. I don't know. I'm trying to justify why this thing exists.
