You guys think the Yonge and St Clair and or possibly the Yonge and Eglinton cluster could sprawl south and connect with Yonge Bloor making a continuous Skyline one day?

If you take all the proposals, yes. In 5-10 years St. Clair - Bloor should be filled up with ~50-150m buildings (In theory)

We'll need the Davisville TTC yards to be decked over and have five-to-eight 50-storey or larger towers placed ontop of it.
Which, isn't a stupid idea, development math notwithstanding.
