I was comparing both the diagrams on Skyscraperpage. i guess only @Koops65 can answer it.

From what I can see "The One" is around 650 ft *198 meters* high based off how it looks extremely close to the height of the "Four Seasons Hotel & Residences" tower *shown on the far right*
On this image I did a rough estimate of the height of the tower next to "One Bloor, The Pemberton and the Four seasons hotel" *it looks to be roughly that height, not exactly* Ps: the black line shows where "The One's height appears to have reached*

Is it just me or is the newer design the best, j feel like the 3 columns would've been too much imo
