I love renders for their ridiculousness:

a) they shove trees into the render that don’t exist along Yonge.
b) 1BE has weird scaling issues going on, besides just not looking like that. Why represent it like that?
c) the sidewalk is conspicuously wayyyy too wide
d) everyone’s very obviously dressed for the fall weather, except the couple in the very centre, and that the dude is double-fisting coffee.
