Even the perspective in that render is way off as the tower looks significantly further north than Yonge & Bloor. I can even see 2 Bloor West at the bottom.
Edit: Those penthouse views are going to be sweet!

LOL I think the message from @khaldoon was a joke, easily missed. That ugly cladding isn’t in the position of a mechanical floor right now, it’s part of a temporary structure that I believe is protecting windows during installation.
