It's not Photoshopped. It was being driven by a mad scientist looking fellow shouting at pedestrians about something to do with Donald Trump and an Almanac. Great Scott, you can't be too careful at these pedestrian scrambles with the kind of crazy people behind the wheel these days.

Completely agree - it's like developers in Toronto have an addiction to green glass and can't resist putting it on some portion of their projects. It really brings down the level of a project. At least here it's only on the podium. Anyone have any insight as to why this is done?
Toronto could ban green glass installation for the next decade and we'd still have too much of it from existing projects.
