They've done something with the underside of the uppermost balcony. I have no idea what, but the slab looks thicker, and you can see some kind of structure under the adjacent balconies. Anyone know whats happening?

Looks like it may be to "extend" the balcony down on the penthouses a bit so as not to have such variance in the width of darker horizontal lines created visually by the balconies.

I'm concerned about the new plantings. There's little evidence that they have been watered yet.

They have been on a while already. I hope they are better than what is currently on because what it is now is just fluorescent lights.
