Isn't glorious extravagance the general theme of Yonge/Bloor and its close neighbours. Like super/hypercars, it may be almost completely pointless, but it sure would be beautiful to have.

Sure, it's nice to dream. But hey, Yonge & Bloor has been known for various things. Glorious extravagance is but one of them. Dull, stodgy architecture is another. The downtrodden cheeze of the Yonge strip still another.

Maintaining that pool in the dead of winter would be a glorious waste of energy. Talk about massively indifferent opulence. Would it be cool? You bet. Would it cost a fortune over a single winter? Ditto.

I dunno. The Hilton and the Sheraton manage it with their indoor outdoor pools.

Sure.... if it's a combination indoor/outdoor setup, it's doable. But is that what's intended for this location?

indoor/outdoor pool already exist in our condos like Waterclub.

Based on those photo's the balcony glass is a hit and this building will now likely deliver the results presented in the renderings. Very good news.
