Fantastic updates everyone! I'm digging how dark the cladding actually looks. And now that we have a tease of what the frosted balcony glazing will look like, I'm liking it even more. There's gonna be some nice contrast between the two, and the wave effect will stand out even more.
I can't think of a more exciting project in the city right now.
 
I like the milky quality... roughly what I expected based on the design. Looking forward to seeing more of it.

Also, who brought up that they might be using small, flat panels instead of a single curved pane? I really hope that doesn't happen...

Verticalvillage: it's not opaque. Opaque means that light doesn't go through it, aka you wouldn't be able to see through it. Since you can see through it without it being totally clear, it's translucent without being transparent.

I'm not really a fan of clear balcony glass. I'm actually liking these frosted panels. Should create some nice prominent balconies.
