Like I said, we'll know better by next summer. I just have a feeling the actual building is not going to live up to the rendering. Which BTW I am not overly impressed with. The only project that I happen to like is 88 Scott.

That's a building that will more likely look much worse than the renderings, given that the architect is Page + Steele. Expect to see a lot of window wall and spandrel glass.

They'll have this thing built in a year? I don't see that happening. Maybe the retail, but not the residential.
 
It was referring to the retail, yes. Some people on here had asked if the retail would open before completion like Aura... looks like that will be the case.
