The nice brickwork is expanding across the front. You can see the contrast of the brick compared to the render on the hoarding. I prefer the real thing. This should look pretty sharp upon completion.

They are taking applications for rent here now for move-in July 1st.

Rents are going from $1650 for a 544sf 1-bed to $2,800 for a 994sf 2-bed unit
 
Seems rather pricey for Leslieville - that rent is more typical closer to the core though for sure. This building looks higher end though too - these likely aren't your basic rental units.
 
Those prices are about what I expected. I think there is 24 concierge and fitness room, etc...so it's comparable to renting a nice condo.
 
The very definition of handsome. Size/height-appropriate. Solid uncluttered design. A hint of whimsy with the playful window interplay. Nice articulation with the black window frames against the lovely brick.

Moving in on October first:D pretty excited! I will be posting pics once i am settled. I was wondering if anyone had pics of the north facing side of the building by ay chance?
