Construction well underway June 25-08.

Was talking to the developer at the LRT meeting and we had a few laugh over what the city was trying to do. As he said the only way to go in Mississauga with lack of land is up and totally agree with him. A taller build would be nice and that would make the NIMBY really up set along with the ward councilor who thinks small.

Toronto has a NIMBY problem with shadows. In Mississauga it's the density, parking and traffic.

That is a huge hole. Looks like the footing for the tower crane is almost in place.

Sweet, it has it's crane now! I haven't been down to Port Credit in a long time.

The 2nd crane is now up.

Within 2 weeks, the first floor could be in place as it will be early next week before the ground level is pour for the south end.

Only 2 level of parking underground.

i like the name "North Shore", but at the same time, all of Toronto and the GTA are on the "north shore" of Lake Ontario, so it doesn't really have any meaning.
