Both 108 and Nobu are occcupancy and closing at peak interest and lowest level of affordability.For a new building? It's high but not unprecedentedly high. 108 Peter was up around 100/696 for awhile but has fallen to 67.
To me, they are both indicative of buildings where the majority of units are owned by disinterested off-site investors and occupied by an assortment of transients and reprobates.
