The panels on the corner balconies make the corners look unfinished.
I don't mind the colour though - agreed that it stands out among the greens and blues.
I added a cropped pic of the balconies.

That's what I'm really starting to like about it, as the sea of blue and green makes me gag.
 
The mullions being silver is just the laziest thing, and probably the biggest issue with the entire building. It just makes it look messy.

The weird thing is that without the silver mullions, the black panels may look even more random than they look now, since the black grid is open on some of the ends.
 
The widow walls of the buildings facing each other have gone full on aluminum backed grey spandrel. For that, this project is a write-off well into "Design" Haus territory, IMO.
