Thanks. Just past my 1 year mark since the transplant and 2 months since my last operation to fix the bile duct. Everything is almost back to normal. Now I need to start going for long walks again along with my camera.

Being on a side street this was a sleeper for a long time. Good to see it start to impact the area.

It definitely has been. As I've noted earlier in this thread, there's so little mention of this build, as if it were largely overlooked. The photo above really illustrates how it can and will affect the view from Yonge Street.
