I'm liking this one. Interesting staggered balcony affect on the north side. Quite different than the earlier render posted.

Notice the street address shown in the sketch versus the address in this thread title.

It'll have the same effect on St Nick as the towers in the DD have on that area: In photographs and from a distance they look threatening, but up close you wouldn't know they exist!

The balconies are interesting but the rest is the same ol' glass tower. I guess the quality of the finished product will decided whether it works or not.
