And Waterways next door at 50 storeys..Holy Mackerel, that will be one dense neighbourhood when all is said and done.

when i past by today there was a development application sign saying the project called for a 39 storey condominium (which we obviously already know) and a 30 storey mixed use tower...is this news to anyone or have i just been oblivious to the fact that there is apparently 2 towers going up...???

Yeah, that building looks like it belongs in Miami Beach..LOL it wont be long before that whole Etobicoke shoreline area looks like Miami.

Yeah, i was thinking Westlake Village was those two 50 storey condo towers but its not, i think Omni is the developer but cant remember the name of that project.
