Nahid Yonge: a proposed 10-storey mixed-use condo, townhouse & retail building designed by Wayne Long Architect for Nahid Corporation on the east side of Yonge Street, north of Harding Boulevard and south of Elmwood Avenue in Richmond Hill's Harding neighbourhood.

The current proposal incorporates changes from a settlement of the appeal of the 2015 proposal (including a larger parcel), and a SPA submitted in December 2022 is now under review.
