We have almost the same view of the north side of Monde and I also thought Units were occupied in the tower but am now not so sure - the lights are often on all night and then are not on at all. I think many were turned on (or off) by workers. There DO seem to be people living in the lower level podium towards the south as one can see furniture etc. Clearly occupation is coming (soon) but ....

All good. The basket was lowered to PH-1.
Maybe they should sign the window washing contract before the first preliminary design is completed.

It appears the basket is sitting on the balcony until they fix the lifting mechanism.
