Best diving board motif in the city.

Pre-cast and glazing expanding across all areas. And I never noticed till today the white (presumably pre-cast) thin strips being added to the higher portions, as well. And they extend out onto the diving boards. Taken this afternoon...

The dark blue green windows with black trim really adds some contrast to the tan concrete slabs budded against each other ! Looking good!

Those irises are gorgeous.

This building is impressive in how it compliments yet distinguishes itself from Acqualina. Where Acqualina has glassy facades with monumental geometric forms in the framing patterns, this building has more fine-grained geometric forms in its window patterns and massing. Where Acqualina's facade is predominatly greenish grey, Monde has a light beige that harmonizes nicely without adopting the cheapness of greenish glass. They go well together and avoid monotony.
