This definitely gives me vibes of a turned-down 56 Leonard in NYC in terms of the glazing colour and balconies... at least in its current construction form.

That doesn't make sense ... why would it be spandrel panel / clear glazing every other floor if the unit and structural layout is exactly the same?

on the clear glazing levels you can actually see the structural wall behind
