Mon Sheong Long Term Care Centre, AKA "Mon Sheong Court Buttonville Phase 3" is a proposed 11-storey long-term care facility and parkade structure designed by ZO1 Architects for the Mon Sheong Foundation on the east side of Woodbine Avenue, north of Apple Creek Boulevard in Markham's Buttonville neighbourhood.

wow, I didnt realize how big this plot of land is. I always thought it was a non-descript Bell CO or something facing Apple Creek Blvd, never knew it opened up further in.
