Not approved yet? Glad they won awards for their lobby decor, because the residents will want to hang out there all the time instead of being cooped up in their sub-8 ft tall units.

...the sub-8 ft tall units will be all hand-stitched though. /s

INFIVILLA refers to this location as "Lake View" amongst their offerings. I think it's actually just Garden District.
I'm very eager for the large parking lot at Mutual/Dundas/Jarvis to bite the dust soon.
Not sure how soon that will be, last I heard the new TMU facilities/student res towered plan for the site was cancelled, with the student res portion to be built on the current site of The Imperial Pub. Would double check that tho.

Lake View is funny, but should a realtor say 'Garden District' they may have to explain which garden they are referring to....

Allen Gardens of course, although this is closer to Moss Park. The former has been cleaned up rather nicely, while the latter is mostly swallowed up by construction of its namesake Ontario Line station. The way things are, by the time this condo is completed (if it ever breaks ground), the station will be operational (barring Line 5ish disaster)

The renderings of this place are so inaccurate from what the actual views will be like. It really should be illegal for developers to market their buildings this way.

I checked on google earth its not too bad.

The one with the building showing and the skyline in the background is the view as if the building was located at Sherbourne and Dundas

The ones with the views from in the suites would be if the building was on Jarvis but 2 blocks south of its actual location.

Over a year later and this still applies...

In light of the above updates, since I was going to summon @ProjectEnd for his input anyway, I'll refer back to his post to note........

As at Nov '25, the AIC shows NOAC issued here.......at 49s.

Also of note, I have begun a thread for the heritage row of buildings to the south, which are contemplated as a 350 unit rental by Manga.
