Toronto Mirvish Village (Honest Ed's Redevelopment) | 85.04m | 26s | Westbank | Henriquez Partners

The progress is slow, but it is not zero. I walked around today and compared with the previous photos in the thread. I saw the brick that had been covered by the "Ka Chi" restaurant sign has been cleaned up. The polarizing art installation cladding also had a couple more pieces inserted.

A story from CBC on the status of things here.

Not really much we don't know.

Except that Westbank is now suggesting full occupancy residential and retail will be summer '25.

I get the retail hold up for the Markham Street portion...........

I'm a bit confused as to why so many residential units in buildings that appear superficially complete and closed-in are not yet ready for occupancy.

For all the bricklaying discussion on UT might find this interesting - part of the delay referenced here and dispute with Ellisdon is over the use of non-union brick laying in London and Ottawa and so the teams at Mirvish here were forced to stop.
