This project seems to be going awfully slow. Any reason?

The project has massive podium levels. Many projects going up in this town have podiums half the size. So the combination of all the concrete work on podium levels plus pouring the extra thick transfer slab to the towers and then out brutish winter weather have likely all contributed to slowing this one down.
