The transition from white to brown panels is really awful. The entire building mass is black white and grey and a random pop of cheap brown panels in the town houses. Awful.

Whole-heartedly agree. The more I've been paying attention to the design choices, the more I'm left frustrated. I've got a pretty big background in art and the lobby choices and colours behind the pillars are super shit. I actually slapped my head and said "what we're they thinking" seeing those brown panels.

I've got a mind to join the condo board just to redo some of these elements, but that's probably silly. I keep walking over to it hoping they changed it for the better...The design team should be embarrassed.

The rental portion of the Minto Westside portion, the north side of the building along Niagara, is now occupied, with several move-ins over the long weekend. Balcony furniture, including a child's stroller, can be now be seen.

If you keep looking, you keep finding more.

My guess... a second crew will rappel down and fill the missing spots and adjusts the gaps.

Some panels have exposed screws.
