the renders show that the entire front is supposed to be heritage facades, but they only preserved one. Will they be rebuilding them for the parts that don't have any facades preserved?

Any idea how this building will utilize the alleyway behind? 115/125 Blue Jays built in a pretty cool little bricked area and I'm hoping this development will expand upon that.

Doubtful. King Blue did the courtyard because it's on their property. Maverick's property line is essentially at the south building face, so there's no need to carry any landscaping beyond. The City also generally doesn't like abnormal / unique treatments as they can be difficult to maintain.
