Personally I'm going to give this one a little more time to develop before I pass on any judgement. I want to see how the streetscape plays out.

A bit of a Jekyll and Hyde effect so far on this building. The dark grey, grid parts that will end up composing majority of the overall design motif are decent. However, the heavily mullioned segments that are set to alternate along the NE elevation of the building as the cladding continues to rise, are very forgettable.
