It's going up quickly. Look forward to this one. I've always liked this intersection and was disappointed when construction on this site was halted a few years back.

Yeah nice, also here in town.... not much of the past proposed developments left to build from the 2008 credit crunch.

I was kind of hoping they'd get rid of the on-street subway access altogether, to free up more space on the corner. That said, I do already prefer the look of the new one (at least, I like where they're headed with it), and I hope that the upgraded entrance doesn't come at the expense of a direct connection inside the building

I could have sworn the renderings showed the entrance to the TTC as being part of the building itself. I guess something changed.
