Yes, there is an active development application there for another 30 storey building which would use the above grade parking garage in this building for its parking supply.

Other than the blank wall, it's actually not that terrible. The wall is terrible though and is of course it's most prominent elevation right now as you get the clearest view from King St, so it makes it look hilariously ugly. Once the McMaster residence is built it'll hide it a lot though and this should look a lot better.

The management however, has not.

Judging by some reviews of tenants, they have switched property management companies 3 times already, since occupancy began.

Just wanted to share this one here as well so that everyone knows what kind of business Samir is..... here's a pic showing how they handle raw meat at their Burlington location. Not using a refrigerated truck, and placing raw meat on the bottom of a dirty truck and on the ground. . Don't shop here!

The market here has shelves and coolers installed, and the entry/exit have automatic doors installed.
