buy out the south side of Wallenberg crescent and let some mid rises go up. Even if they were the same size of the podiums on the other side of Burnamthorpe it would make the street look much more planned together.

Looks like the tower crane is being moved closer to the center.

Edit: or maybe not and they are just adding more sections. We will see in the next couple of days.

I don't mind the look of the renders for M3, but kind of interesting how M1 and M2, being shorter, are the more "out there" buildings in the group of MCity... you would think the tallest one would have the most bold design

The main tower crane was brought down for what seems to be some maintenance work and then reassembled.

The podium crane has been removed. Very soon this will start moving up at pace of 1 floor/week. Accounting for holidays and weather delays, the remaining 70 floors would take 18 months and thus it should top out by end of 2024.

I think they are pouring the base for a crane(s). But not sure they are using the most efficient method - pouring concrete into buckets ( including an excavator’s) then driving them down the pit. I imagine the cement trucks may not be able to climb the steep ramp.

I have see cement trucks use the ramps for the other 3 towers, but looks like M4 is steeper. Haven't follow M4 as it out of sight for me and have taken a step back for shooting. It's not the first time buckets have been used to pour something in a hole like this. Be year end before that hole is fully dug

Come mid 2025, this will be the 2nd tallest building in Mississauga until something comes along that will top it and M3
