First Floor floorplan,... with northwest most retail space (in purple) closest to Yonge & Cummer intersection reserved for TTC Subway Entrance IF Cummer Station is built,... otherwise it'll be retail space.

No public library?

I already answered that almost 2 years ago,...

Only thing that changed since then,... is the $3.9m City contributing to Phase 2 Community Centre is an "advance" to be paid back via Phase 3 Section 37 Community Benefit & Section 42 Parkland Dedication money which was for about 9-storey less than 100 unit (under the Silvercore OMB approval) but now going for 34-storey with almost 500 units,... now it's what to do with the "extra" Section 37 Community Benefit & Section 42 Parkland Dedication money,... that will not be enough for a Public Library
