I don't have an issue with the looks of the building. Not great, but not bad either.
Agreed about the LJM branding - it cheapens it. At least come up with a real logo or something.

The LJM branding is just wildly confusing as this is a condo and LJM will have no control over it in 12 months time. Why would you even want to put your logo on something you don’t own or control?
If I was on the condo board here my first order of business would be to remove the signage.

There have been adds for this building on realtor.ca for months, and it seems like they have some work to do on the outside, but I am pretty sure this building is occupied, I drive by this building once a week and I always see people coming and going from the building, and some the balconies are furnished or slightly decorated, not 100% on the occupancy though.

Honestly you're better off taking the bell manor loop #2 barton bus from here and taking the go bus downtown.

it's 1.9km so a good pace could do it in 20. But even then, it's along a high speed arterial and cutting through a car dealership parking lot, not great.
