Wow, that's the first time that I've seen University Plaza looking positive. Whole still vomit worthy on its own, as part of this whole context it really adds to that street-wall.
Nice update you can clearly see that the first floor above ground is coming along! This one seems to have been in the ground forever! (probably since it was one of the deepest excavations in TO's history!)... I'm interested to see the cladding on this one!
Isn't amazing that Toronto has practically as many U/C towers as it has total built towers today? I'm talking skyscrapers (not '60s slabs) but still, it is inspiring to go for a walk Downtown.
