There are just nine units remaining at LINK Condos + Towns, with occupancy scheduled for July/August on building A. The construction crane for phase one has been taken down, and exterior landscaping work is underway. In the second phase, Caliber Structures is working on drywall, mudding, painting, bathtub and kitchen installation, tiling, flooring, stucco work, elevators, brick work, and grading. Unit purchasers can expect the first move-ins on this phase in 2018. October, 2017
The first phase of Link Condominiums is sold out and fully occupied (two buildings), and registration is expected before the end of the year. Caliber Structures is completing the retail space in the first phase, which is approximately 50% leased. A model suite will open in the fall, with just seven units remaining unsold. Construction continues on the two buildings that make up Link2, with the Building C structure complete and exterior cladding work underway. The Building B structure is nearing completion. Phase 1 of the sold-out Link Condominiums is fully occupied and registration is expected in the next few months. In Phase 2, the Vert building is fully enclosed and the interior suite framing and drywall work is underway. At the Solara building, the roof is complete and windows are being installed. Occupancy for Phase 2 is scheduled to start in spring 2018, followed by registration.

The second phase of this project known as LINK 2 is working towards interior completion. The Solara building started framing work and the Vert building started interior finishing such as drywall taping and priming with some floors/suites having completed all painting and kitchen installations. Occupancy is slated to start in Q4 of 2018.
