It makes me cringe to think of all the exposed envelope assemblies in projects like this around the city, where ice is forming before everything is sealed off to the outside.

I can't remember if this has been addressed or discussed, I'm wondering what effect the top portion will have on icing and it falling to the ground when a warm-up happens. I see it covered in snow right now, no heat obviously, but I'd think the sections between the windows will be susceptible to ice, especially being close to the lake and winds.
