awesome updates everyone ^^^
The arch at the corner somehow looks good next to the unofficial flatiron of Toronto,
and i have to say, this towers shape is really coming together now.

even if the cladding fails, this one will be memorable. one giant piece of public art.. one that people will love or hate, the colour will be art-gallery worthy

Lol you all need to look at the rendering to see that the cladding is a silver-blue. This negative "hype" is too much now and nobody has even seen it on the building.

They are now working on the 14th floor. 44 more floors to go! Can you you imagine how tall this is going to be?
The crane will have to be extended soon ... but I can't imagine how. Does anyone know how and when?

I see that there will be large featureless walls on Yonge and The Esplanade. It's a challenge of the context to be sure, but not good in terms of urbanism. This criticism can be applied to 1960s downtown developments so often that it's like shooting fish in a barrel, except in this case it's a new development.
