Surprise what you may find on zooms shots when see that close up shot for the first time considering you thought you were shooting something else at the time. No idea the person was there and just did the photos.

Looks like he's taking a selfie.
Seen many videos of random citizens going a top buildings under construction in the city doing this and hanging off the buildings no safety gear. Is the not security for this? Mind you it be a thrill and all. But just curious. How do regular people get up there to do this? Ok don't post that answer. But this has become a new trend I've noticed on tube all around the world. Guess when one of them fall off is when they will make buildings under construction more secure.

There is always a way around security during construction and after construction for the thrill seekers.

If caught, they will be charge with trespassing with some thinking nothing about it.

If one of these thrill seeker falls to their death, will there be an outcry for for more security. Don't think so and most people will say it was the seeker fault in the first place.

We have seen a lot of those nice photos here by various members going to great height at nighttime.

I would love to get some of those nice shots, but waiting for the right invite to do it in the first place.

He was gone when I shot some more of the tower later.

Sorry for my thoughts on the "mystery man". Just curious how this happens. I'm getting a "go for it" vibe from your comments. And "it's easy". Good to know.

I still really hope they are going to do something with those 4 vents/stacks. It seriously looks like someone went to home depot on the weekend and slapped them together...

I see someone up on the platform from the Don River and assuming its a worker since the jib looked like it was doing something.
