I think this looks great. The profile and quality here makes this a nice gateway building flowing into that section of Dundas West.

For me the shape/form is fine, but I have serious issues w/the cladding, assuming this resembles the finished product.

1) I am not now, nor was I ever sold on the alternating balcony finish with opaque and translucent panels. It almost reads KirKor to me, in that it feels like a design that can't decide what it is....

2) How did we get from this render on the previous page, to the above:

I can see the appear in the wood/faux wood warmth in this render.........the actual building lacks this entirely.
