Go By? I live here! Just saw this, so will see what I can do tomorrow. No promises, dealing w/cracked ribs right now. FYI - Still no retail - or prospects, from what I hear.

I'm three blocks over...if I'm out and about tomorrow I'll snap a few pics. The retail is still unfinished. Rumours of a Starbucks moving in (the one from Bingham moving over) are apparently not true. The awning over the sidewalk is still not completed either. There were also neighbourhood rumblings about a small LCBO and/or Sobey's. I've yet to see any evidence of that.

Regrettably, I read or heard of a doctors office and a daycare. I have/had concerns with these units being leased. This is a waste for glass fronted, "loft" ceilings modern retail.
Sorry to hear about your cracked ribs @junior43! Get better!
I hope it's a nice building to live in, and I hope that Kingston &Co ends up with some good for retailing sometime soon. My neighbourhood is soon to get a Carrot Common-like food co-op, so if the majors don't want to set up where you are, maybe a co-op could be pursued where you are too.

There's a new Big Carrot at Kingston Road and Main Street, close-ish to Victoria Park.

Top of my list would be a craft beer/growler pub and a butcher since the old one closed up shop. Another grocery isn't needed. All the majors are a few blocks away and there's a number of artisan shops along the stretch.

I've heard of a Shoppers, Starbucks, LCBO, Daycare etc. Basically the rumours seem to be whatever locals would like to see there and not based on much else.
I also heard there's commercial pedestrian studies and the foot traffic east of VP dies off, so they're having a tough time finding tenants. Kind of frustrating because there's 4 more new condos within 5 minutes of here, so foot traffic will increase in the next few years.

The corner windows on the south-east corner are a real disappointment. It looks like they were supposed to be rounded glass, but they stuck some squared off ones in those units instead. They don’t match up with the precast and just look wrong.
