Does anyone know if the developer actually increased the # floors of the three towers? I know they applied and got approved by the city the option, but are they actually building them?

Concord + DIALOG sounds like a recipe for crap by default. But I'm actually curious how this phase turns out. Last time that I was in the area must have been around February of this year, so pre-pandemic. Weather was bleak, but I found that the park had potential to nurture a community. Admittedly in a fwiw format, a steady retail presence was starting to form among these new condos in the area.

The condo is supposed to be ready by next summer? It looks like it will be delayed? What do you think is a reasonable completion time?

Just a rough estimate, probably completion around Summer-Autumn 2023.
