I'll own being impatient but I want them to get on to the second level so that the contrast between floors starts to become apparent so far I'm really liking the exterior

November 4 - End of Day. More cladding / glazing done along the King Street frontage. Also, new progress in the mechanical infrastructure - water piping runs being installed for the Second Floor areas.

November 5: Some overall King Toronto building views, plus one image of the ongoing cladding / glazing installation along the King Street frontage. This portion of the installation (ground level along the King Street frontage between the west entrance to the courtyard and the driveway) is now complete, and it looks like installation activities will next proceed down the west side of the courtyard entrance. Overall building views - all remaining forming support equipment has now been deinstalled and removed from the site.

Quick evening update - more cladding / glazing installed today, turning the corner and progressing south along the west wall of the courtyard entrance. And a large delivery of additional sections to be installed.

November 13: Glazing and cladding installation has over the past few days been taking place in a couple of areas which are quite difficult to see and photograph from the perimeter of the site. First to be done was the ground floor wall along the south side of the interior courtyard between the centre and west entryways. The first photo is of the west portion of this area. The second area, underway today, is of the east section of King Toronto's King Street frontage - pretty much completely hidden by the hoarding that extends from the site's east boundary to the opening for Gate 1.
Cladding along the western portion of courtyard's south wall.
Work on the King Street section of the facade:
Prep for the installation along the east wall of the courtyard entrance.
Arrival of more cladding
Bracing for reinstallation of the heritage wall sections that have been preserved off site for the duration.

November 15 - Cladding and glazing continue to be installed along the King Street facade progressing from the east property line on an east to west basis. First photo, with the top of the sections peeking out over the King Street sidewalk hoarding, is from yesterday, the second photo from this afternoon - progress from one day to the next is visible.

November 18 - This morning at 8 AM. The last major piece of glazing for this section of the King Street facade being installed, and the footings prepared for the glazing along side of the east entrance to the courtyard.

November 18 Afternoon. Installation of the cladding / glazing units along the ground floor of the building's entire King Street facade is now complete. The centre section of the King Street frontage consists of heritage structure facades that were retained in place, so will only need new glass in the existing building window openings.
Installation of the cladding is proceeding along the east wall of the opening to the courtyard. Once installation wraps around the courtyard all that will be left to be done for the ground floor will be the south east section of the courtyard wall, including the wrap around the back to where the heritage building has been retained. Then we should see installation activities starting on the Second Floor.
Heading south into the courtyard:
Interior courtyard ground floor areas still to be done. New glazing visible at the left edge of the photo immediately below.

Installation of the cladding is proceeding along the east wall of the opening to the courtyard.
