They have done a fair amount of back filling the holes of buildings torn down since I was last there. This will allow the shoring rigs to move about freely.
 
This is from the April 3rd legislative changes: “Only critical construction projects will continue, including industrial projects such as refineries and petrochemical plants and infrastructure projects such as new hospitals, roads and bridges. If they have above grade permits they can continue.

Residential construction projects where a footing permit has been granted for single–family, semi-detached and townhomes; an above–grade structural permit has been granted for condominiums, mixed use and other buildings; or the project involves renovations to residential properties and construction work was started before April 4, 2020.
 
A number of them are clearly wearing masks, essentially everyone for whom you cannot see any defined facial features.
