Like Habitat for sure in its angular, modular aspects, but quite different in its massing - less compact, more organic, with a topography resembling mountains and valleys.

Where do you get the impression that this will be concrete? It's been suggested that light coloured stone is being considered. Concrete would be a no no, in my opinion. We have plenty of concrete buildings and (as you mentioned) they look terrible with age (think: CN Tower).
The material in the renderings sort of reminds me of the concrete found on the Rotman Expansion building.

In addition to the section with alternating glass cladding, I believe that wall too is Ductal concrete.
