That last pic showcases how stupid the height requirements are in the Entertainment district. For that reason, no variation in heights. Unfortunate.

Even without a 'limit', why would any of that change? Everyone would just go as high as possible and a different table top would emerge. No one is going to build less for the sake of 'variation'...

I'm not sure that's necessarily true. Some sites would have their heights limited for other impact reasons depending on their specific locations and while maximizing height often offers economic advantages, some sites might be too small to build tall from an engineering/cost perspective. Not every building is the same height in other areas of the city.

Love that the attention to detail was carried over to the residential tower. The black, multi-level frames forming an outline around the windows are a nice touch. Looks sharp!
