I like this new design. I think we need plenty more boxy infill towers so that we don't end up looking like Dubai or some Chinese metropolis :)

I'm there with you Khris - if these two get built as shown, we're looking at a couple of classic additions to the city.

KPMB is now the design architect on this project, though Page + Steele might still be involved. So glad that first design was scrapped.
