Peter Street Condos? Picasso? King Charlotte? Tableau? This is nice, but I wouldn't personally call it the nicest, or even top 3

I like this one better. As a complete project? I think this one will look better. Peter Street Condos is literally a glass box...same as King Charlotte. Tableau I'll give you but I pass it every day, I'm not as big of a fan of it as I once was. Picasso I'll give you even though I'm not a fan of the ground level too much. This is deff top 3 but will still have to wait till it's done.

You kinda have to step up the details because it is a glass box after all. I personally like the heritage building with the two modern towers. Is it the best designed project in the district? No, but I think the overall package will make it at or near the top in my books.

This is starting to look really good. I love the black brick and black glazing in the podium. It's a nod to the historical building without trying to fake it.
